Try this impressive dessert crepe recipe featuring melted chocolate and our silky raspberry sauce recipe.

It's very rich, and just one crepe will satisfy even the most demanding sweet tooth in your family!


  • 8 1-oz pieces of raspberry-filled chocolate candies (We used Dark Chocolate with Raspberry Filling Squares from Ghirardelli)
  • 4 dessert crepes
  • Raspberry sauce recipe
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Fresh raspberries, for garnish
  • Semi-sweet chocolate, grated, for garnish

First make your crepes according to our directions in How To Make Crepes in 6 Easy Steps. You will need four crepes for this recipe. Reserve others for future use.

Place first crepe back onto warm crepe pan. Place two squares of raspberry-filled chocolate candy along half of crepe. Fold over and heat until chocolates begin to melt. Fold again, into thirds and place on serving platter. Repeat with remaining crepes.

Top each serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and one teaspoon of grated chocolate. Drizzle with one tablespoon of our raspberry sauce recipe

Serve immediately.
