 Crepes Hungarian Style are Great

If you never had Hungarian Crepes before you are really missing out: what makes them different is that instead of the cream used in French crepes, the Hungarians use a small amount of soda water; yes, soda water.
This really makes the batter light and smooth. Their most famous crepe is a Gundel pancake but the ones consumed the most is a curd cheese pancake.
