The blend of cheese and dash of cayenne and garlic powder give it a zippy taste that makes it a perfect topping for toasted bread rounds or warm crepes!

  • 8 oz. of mild orange cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz. of sharp white cheddar cheese
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar of chopped pimentos, drained
  • ½ tsp of garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp of cayenne pepper
  • ¼ tsp of freshly ground black pepper
  • ¾ cup of mayonnaise
  • Dash of Worcestershire sauce

Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly combined. Store in the refrigerator.

Yield: About 3 cups of pimento cheese spread

Pimento Cheese Crostini

Toast both sides of French bread rounds for 3 minutes in a 400-degree oven. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of cheese spread on each round. Place on a foil-lined baking sheet and store in refrigerator.

Right before serving, place baking sheet in a 400-degree oven and bake crostinis until bubbly (about 5-7 minutes).

Serve immediately! 

Pimento Cheese Crepes

Spread ½ cup of pimento cheese spread across half of a basic crepe.

Fold in half and then in again into quarters. Repeat with remaining crepes and place on a foil-lined baking sheet.

Right before serving, place sheet in a 400-degree oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Serve immediately!
