The sweet mango in this easy salsa recipe provides the perfect contrast to tangy lime juice and spicy jalapenos.

Although it's meant to be a side dish, don't be surprised if this colorful and delicious salsa steals the show.

Try it as a topping for grilled chicken or leftover steak recipes! 

Fresh salsa recipes are easy to make. Simply dice your ingredients and mix them together in a pretty serving dish!


  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup of diced red bell pepper
  • ½ cup of diced red onion
  • 1 tbsp of minced jalapeno pepper
  • Juice of one lime
  • ¼ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of freshly ground pepper
  • 1 tbsp of minced fresh cilantro

  • How to Make Salsa: Mix first four ingredients together in a medium mixing bowl. In a smaller bowl, whisk together lime juice, salt and pepper. Pour over mango-onion-pepper mixture and toss to coat. Garnish with cilantro.

    Serve immediately, or chill for up to 8 hours. Mix well before serving.

    Yield: 2 cups of mango salsa
