My mother Jane loves our poppyseed chicken crepes.
Although they make dainty little bundles, this recipe is a satisfying dish on any brunch menu.
Your mother (and grandmother) is certain to love them, too. Read along for more great brunch ideas for Mother's Day.

For an easy and delicious side dish, we recommend Roasted Broccoli.Wash and slice 3 stalks of fresh broccoli lengthwise, straight through the stalks. Boil the broccoli for 5 minutes to tenderize it, making sure not to overcook so that it retains its bright green color.
Spread broccoli in a single layer in a baking dish.
Coat broccoli thoroughly with 1 cup of Italian salad dressing and sprinkle with ½ cup of parmesan cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until cheese turns golden brown.
Serve immediately!
Now that the main dish has been served, why not follow up with a light and simple dessert? If your mother loves cherries as much as mine, she'll be delighted with our Miniature Brandied Cherry Tarts.
You can assemble these individual desserts ahead of time and bake them while you eat brunch.
Impress your Mom (after all, she is the "Queen" for the day) by serving them piping hot from the oven!
