If you like steak in your crepes, you'll love the kaleidoscope of flavor in every bite of this easy recipe!
Ingredients:
First, make crepes and wrap in foil to keep warm. If you made your crepes ahead of time, remove them from the refrigerator or freezer, wrap them in foil and reheat in a 325-degree oven for about 10 minutes or until warmed.
Heat oil in a medium skillet. Add garlic and stir together until garlic is heated, about 30 seconds. Add steak and sauté for about 3 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.
Assemble crepes: Lay first crepe flat on a serving dish. Top with 4-5 strips of steak and ½ cup of salsa. Roll up. Repeat with remaining crepes. Serve immediately.
Yield: 4 crepes (1 crepe roll each)
