Crepes Suzette with Tangerines and Honey!

We had won! Unbelievable! While we were elated by the news, with all the obstacles and drama, we were more than a little overcome with emotion.

But there was hardly any time to dwell in the moment, just a hasty round of good wishes to our fellow contestants, a final photograph, and it was time for the parade.

A big thank you to the welcoming citizens of Orlando, the staff of Florida Citrus Sports, and most important of all, we thank you, the wonderful fans and supporters of World of Crepes.

In closing, I'd like to say that there are many cooks among us, many excellent cooks to be sure, and we hope that all of you will follow our example and enter your own recipes in these competitions in the coming year. If you do, tell us about it and let's support each other.
