Instead of folding crepes over, use a pizza cutter to cut two crepes each into the shape of a heart.
Lay the first crepe on a plate; cover with mascarpone cheese and sliced strawberries. Cover with second crepe. Drizzle hearts with chocolate sauce and icing sugar, garnish plate with more diced strawberries.
