The unusual blend of flavors in this meal will make it one of your favorite lunchtime treats or easy dinner recipes.
Ingredients:
Place each crepe on a flat work space. Spread ¼ cup of cheddar cheese on half of crepe. Top with ham slice, followed by 5-6 thin slices of apple. Spread 2-3 tbsp of chutney on the remaining half and fold over the apples. Repeat with remaining crepes.
Heat large skillet to medium heat. Melt ½ tbsp of butter. Place one crepe, cheese side down, in the skillet. Grill for a couple of minutes until cheese melts. Flip crepe carefully and heat the other side for about 30 seconds longer. Remove crepe to serving dish and fold over again, if desired (as pictured above). The outside of the crepe will be slightly crispy.
Repeat with remaining crepes (buttering skillet again as necessary) and serve immediately.
Yield: 4 servings (1 crepe each)
