Quick Crepe Fillings for a Party

Can you suggest a very simple crepe filling ideas, crepes that can be prepared in 5 to 7 mins???? for a crepe party... I don't want guests to wait very long......


From Ashley, World of Crepes: Yes! I recently made dessert crepes for a party and served them with diced strawberries, sliced bananas, and Nutella.

I prepared the strawberries ahead of time, let guests help slice the bananas as they were needed, and concentrated on preparing the warm crepes and then spread them with Nutella. Guests were very impressed and they tasted fancier than they were to make!

Make standard crepe but add a pinch of nutmeg & a dash of orange/lemon extract & some rind of same.

Filling: your favorite flavored yogurt with a few pieces of fruit/berries: roll up & top with a dollop of the same yogurt & one piece of fruit.
That is it!
