Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together sour cream, soup, enchilada sauce, and chiles in large skillet until well blended. Add chicken and bring mixture to a simmer. Let cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly heated.
Lay first crepe flat on working surface. Ladle ½ cup of chicken and sauce across center of crepe. Roll up. Place in an oiled 9 x 13 casserole dish. Repeat with remaining crepes and arrange side by side in casserole dish. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown. Serve immediately.
